What is the Snohomish Women's Run?

The Snohomish Women's Run, part of the Run Super Series, is an annual event in Everett, WA, featuring races across multiple distances including 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. It celebrates community, female empowerment, and the scenic beauty of the Snohomish River and surrounding areas.

How do I register for the race?

Registration is available online through RunSignup. Click the Register button and follow the steps to complete your entry.

What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration includes:

  • Race entry

  • Lightweight, long-sleeve technical hoodie

  • Finisher medal

  • Chip-timed results

  • On-course hydration stations and finisher snacks

  • Free downloadable, high-resolution race photos

What is the return/refund policy?

All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy helps support race logistics such as permits, traffic control, and safety planning.

I purchased race insurance, how do I contact them?

Race insurance is provided by FanShield, a third-party provider. While insurance is purchased through RunSignup, all policy-related questions and refund requests should be directed to FanShield.

RACE DAY

When is packet pickup?

Friday, May 8th, from 2-7pm at Lowell Riverfront Park in Everett. You can also pickup your bib race morning from 5:30-6:45am but we recommend picking up on Friday to avoid lines and congestion before the start.

What time does the race start?

All races start at 7:00 AM. Please arrive early to check in & warm up.

Where does the race start and finish?

All races start and finish at Rotary Park, featuring scenic views along the Snohomish River.

What are the course routes?

The courses follow the Snohomish River, offering a flat, fast route suitable for runners of all abilities.

Are dogs allowed?

No, dogs are not permitted per USATF insurance to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, strollers are welcome but must start at the back of the pack to avoid congestion.

Are headphones allowed?

Yes. Headphones are permitted, but we recommend keeping the volume low and using one earbud or bone-conducting headphones to stay aware of your surroundings.

Is this event sanctioned?

Yes, this event is USATF sanctioned.

SUPPORT AND SERVICES

What support will be available on the course?

The course will feature multiple hydration stations and enthusiastic volunteers providing support and encouragement throughout the race.

Can my friends and family come to watch?

Absolutely. Spectators are welcome to cheer along the course and at the start/finish areas, helping create a fun, energetic race-day atmosphere.

POST-RACE

What happens after the race?

Celebrate your finish at the post-race festival in Rotary Park, featuring refreshments, music, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

How will I get my race photos?

Professional race photos will be available a few days after the event. Download details will be shared via email and on our website.
